I will be co-facilitating a unique experience with Phi Do — he will guide students through meditation, and I will provide sound healing to enhance the experience in a very intentional way. This is a unique and collaborative experience, which is not just meditation or just a sound bath. Each session is unique and shaped by the energy of the space we're in and the students who attend.
We'll be holding space from 11:00AM - 1:00PM. Spaces are limited. Feel free to drop in anytime and stay for as long or short as you like. Please bring a yoga mat to lie or sit on. We'll provide a 20' x 20' tarp.
